FAQ

Before you start.

Why is joining by invite?

Invites keep the community to people introduced by a member. Every member has a personal link on their home page to bring others in.

Is this a Transport Canada approved course?

No. It is independent study material built from Transport Canada's knowledge requirements (TP 15263) and regulations. Always confirm figures against current official sources.

Do I still need a flight review?

Yes. After passing the online exam you complete an in-person flight review with a Transport Canada flight reviewer, within the 12 months before you apply for your certificate.

Can I study on my phone?

Yes. Lessons, quizzes and narration work on phones, tablets and computers, and your progress follows your account.

What is coming next?

Operation planning with plans you can share with your crew, then maps with airspace layers and weather. They will use the account you sign in with today.

Cleared for take-off.
