Privacy notice
This notice explains what this platform, including its Ground School, records about members and why.
What is collected
- Your name and email address, and who invited you (if you joined with an invite link or code).
- Your training progress: lessons completed, quiz and mock exam results, XP and rank.
- Each sign-in and each time you open the course: date and time, browser and device type, and an approximate location (city, region, country and network provider) worked out from your IP address. The IP address itself may also be stored.
Why
- To give you access, keep your progress across devices and show it to you.
- To let the platform administrator manage access, spot shared or misused accounts, and support members.
Who can see it
Only the platform administrator. Your chosen callsign and weekly XP appear on the in-course leaderboard. Data is stored with Supabase and served through Cloudflare.
How long it is kept
For as long as your account exists. Deleting your account deletes your profile, progress and sign-in history.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to the platform administrator.
